God’s Retirement - Lesson Zero

God’s Retirement is a satirical comic, amazingly illustrated and insightfully written. Refreshingly artistic illustrations depict our universe, and the religious concepts that explain our origin, in a creative and thought provoking manner. Basic concepts rooted in chemistry, physics and mathematics are employed to unravel religious dogma.

The unique artwork takes you on an exhilarating journey from Heaven through the Universe to before the beginning of time. In this fantasy we are asked to turn our beliefs upside down and to question the obvious: Why religion and how are its promises going to come true?

The cover page shows God’s arrival at his Heavenly administration building. Here, the logistical problems God faces in preparing for judgment day represent just one example of the implausible infrastructure needed to run his empire. Protected by motorcycle trained angels while challenged by ‘Super Carbo’, the carbon based life form responsible for all that is, God protects his empire, contemplates retirement, and faces an uncertain future.

The comic explains that numerous alien life forms have long ago tackled existential problems similar to our own. As a result, scores of alien-faculty now converge on the 'Surge for Earth' campaign aided by 'Lesson Zero', in the hope to rapidly advance the level of consciousness of the human race.
